Holly Springs offers ministries geared to fulfill our God-given mission of Loving God, Loving Others, and Serving the World. These ministries are not just designed to minister to the members of the church, but they provide opportunites for members to minister as well.
Senior Saints Luncheon-
Meets the first monday of each month at 11:30 am.
Women's Ministries-
Ladies Auxilary meets the first Tuesday night of each month at 6:30 pm in the Aldult Education Building (The Graham Baker Fellowship Hall).
Ladies, the Beth Moore Bible study, Breaking Free is coming. Keep watching for more details and start date.
Men's Ministry-
We offer fellowship and studies for men that will equip guys to be all God designed them to be. Come join us on our journey to godliness.
Upward Sports Ministries-
We offer Upward Basketball and Cheerleading for children in First through Sixth grades. Parents, you can now register your child Online. Click on the "Links" link and it will take you to the Upward Basketball and Cheerleading registration page. Following the directions there and you're done!
Spring and Summer Sports Ministries-
Holly Springs participates in a church softball league in Havelock, NC and an annual basketball tournament sponsered through a local church. The annual softball league is open to children ten years and up, women, and men.
Community Open Gym Nights-
Our gym is open to all in the church and community who enjoy playing basketball or just hanging out with friends. Hours for this ministry are 7:00 - 9:00 PM Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Youth and Student Ministries-
Holly Springs Church offers youth ministries for all ages.
Word of Life youth groups are available during the school year with meetings beginning at 6:30 pm each Wednesday evening.
Youth groups pause during the Summer months with special activities plnned during the summer break.
Food Pantry-
We keep a food panty stocked with nonperishable goods for members of the church and community. This Ministry provides food to needy individuals free of charge.
Vacation Bible School-
Vacation Bible School is offered each year during the summer. To inquire about or volunteer for VBS contact Ginny Conner.
Discipleship Training-
Holly Springs Church is committed to making disciples. We attempt to do this by training those who have a passion for helping others grow in their faith.
Sunday School and Adult Bible Fellowship-
9:55 AM - Classes and groups are available for all ages.
Paul Morris is Sunday School Superintendant. Feel free to direct any questions regarding Sunday Schol or ABFs to him.
Children's Music and Hand Bell Choirs-
Wayne Mooring leads the Children's Choir of Holly Springs Church. The children meet on alternating Sunday nights as the Women's and Men's Bible study groups. Practice time is 5:30 PM. Denise Woolston leads our Children's Hand Bell Choir. Denise meets with her group on alternating Sunday nights as well during the 5:30 to 6:30 PM time slot.
Prayer Ministry-
A prayer group meets in the FLC each Sunday morning at 8:15 AM. The group is led by Barry Gurney.
Holly Springs offers the EPrayer Ministry. If you have a prayer request that you would like to have others pray about, please email your request to hollyspringseprayer@embarqmail.com or call Helen Fordham at 223-4643. A form is available to fill out if you are interested in being on the group email list to receive prayer requests.
Music Ministry-
The Celebration Adult Choir ministers during the 8:45 AM Sunday worship service.
The Praise & Worship Team ministers during the 11:00 AM Sunday worship service.
Children's Church-
A Children's Church ministry is available for preschool children through first grade each Sunday morning during the 11 AM worship service. Mrs. Terry Fetzer and Diane Turner are our children's church directors. Contact the church office for further information about this great children's ministry.
